Melissa hosted a group workout at Troy City Fitness ending her class with a session of Whole Body and Local Cryotherapy at the lounge. Although cryotherapy is widely known on the west coast where Melissa lives, her first cryotherapy experience happened right here at Troy City Cryolounge.
